Pierre ALLAIN
My name is Pierre ALLAIN, I am a professional photographer from Brittany, born in Côtes d’Armor.
From Machu Picchu to the antenna of a butterfly, I am specialize in nature photography: wild landscapes, flora (flowers and trees) and fauna (mammals, birds and insects)
My photographic identity
I seek to bring a pictorial aspect to my photographs, which I work mainly on diluted backgrounds that are similar to watercolor washes. I also like to bring a fantasy, science fiction or fairy-tale aspect to my images. This is the approach that I favor especially to create series for my exhibitions.
This blue tit was taken through reeds near the castle of Suscinio. With the light of the sunset, I obtained this softness and this beautiful painting effect.
